When collecting or generally processing any of your personal data, we comply with all relevant rules and regulations, including the provisions of Regulation 2016/679/EU on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (the “GDPR”), and with the local framework, as in force from time to time, including for the avoidance of doubt Greek Law 4624/2019, as well as the decisions of the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (the “DPA”).

1. Data We Collect
1.1 We may collect and process your personal data when you contact us either by phone call or email, and/or purchase products from our e-shop (at alexandraparisi.com and hereinafter the “Site”), when you call us or email us to provide you with information about our products, services or our activity in general, in accordance with the relevant legislation. Such personal data may include the following: name and surname, postal address, phone number, email address, as well as billing address and other payment and billing information. The provision of some of the above personal information is mandatory if you wish to use our services and/or purchase products from our Site. If you do not provide such data, we will unfortunately not be able to provide our services.
1.2 Further, in the course of visiting our Site, we may also automatically collect, other data and technical information, such as your IP address, or your browser. Such technical information may consist of personal data. In general we will use such technical data for technical reasons, such as to protect our Site against cyber-attack and any kinds of misuse, and/or for statistical purposes upon rendering them anonymous or pseudonymous.
2. Ways We Collect Your Data

2.2 When you create an online account, and register with our Site, or when you log in to such account, we will collect, process and use your personal data pursuant to all applicable rules and regulations. When you undergo the process to place an order with us, to buy an item from our Site, you will be asked to fill out a form that contains obligatory and optional information. In this case, we will collect the data from the obligatory fields which is necessary for the processing, execution and completion of the order (in particular, your name and surname, address, logistics, pricing and paying method that you have chosen).
3. Processing Purposes (Lawfulness of Processing)
3.1 We will use your information for the following lawful processing purposes with your explicit consent which you can freely revoke at any time, or for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual relationship between you and us, or to serve our legitimate interests or to protect your vital interests, and in particular:
- In the normal course of our business, in order to be able to manage your order, or for the provision of our services (e.g. regarding the crafting of customised products) or to answer questions and requests about our services, or for the purposes of customer support in general.
- In order to be able to understand your personal preferences, in particular, for the purposes of crafting customised products.
- For your convenience, so that we can facilitate you by re-providing the information you are interested in when you visit the Site again.

3.2 The use of the Site is not intended for use by minors below the legal age limit, which is 18 years in Greece. No one below the legal age can provide any personal data on or through our Site. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you are below the legal age limit, please do not visit our Site and do not send information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number or email address. In the event that we find that we have collected personal data from minors without verifying the consent of their parents or guardians, this information will be deleted, with the relevant notification to the minor’s parent or guardian, to the extent feasible. 4. Duration of Storage
We will keep your personal data only for the minimum duration necessary, in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations. Should you choose to delete your account from our Site, we will erase your personal data within a reasonable time, which will not exceed 3 months. Regarding data deriving from bank records that are processed by the respective payment service provider, we will keep it only for the time required for the completion of the transactions. Data collected through cookies is stored for 12 months from the moment you consent to the use of cookies in our website.
5. Cookies
In accordance with the European ePrivacy Directive 2009/136/EC (which will be replaced by the ePrivacy Regulation) and the DPA recommendations dated 25.2.2020, our Site accepts the use of cookies. Cookies are online tools and text archives that help us ensure an easier and more pleasant experience for you, when you visit our Site. Cookies are only temporarily stored in our server when you visit our Site. Although most browsers automatically accept the use of cookies, you can always change the settings of your computer by choosing not to accept cookies, or to be asked to accept each of them separately. 6. Transfer of Your Data
